ICE Sees 22% Jump in Net Revenues in Q2 2021

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), a leading operator of global exchanges and clearing houses and provider of mortgage technology, data and listing services, has posted its financial results for Q2 2021, revealing a solid growth across all key metrics.
According to the official announcement, net revenues in the second quarter of 2021 increased by 22 percent to $1.7 billion compared to the same period in 2020. In Q2 2021, GAAP diluted earnings per share (EPS) were $2.22. The adjusted diluted EPS was $1.16 in Q2 2021, which is 12% higher than Q2 2020.
The net income attributable to ICE came in at $1.3 billion for the quarter ended 30 June 2021. The adjusted net income attributable to ICE reached $657 million.
