IDEMIA announces corporate partnership with Fintech Australia

IDEMIA, an augmented identity company headquartered in France, announced that it has signed a corporate partnership with Fintech Australia, an Australian trade association, to provide key support for Fintech Australia to boost growth of the country's Fintech ecosystem.

According to the official press release, as a global leader in payment, security and identity management technologies, IDEMIA will use its R&D and experience to help facilitate Australia's fintec sector.

During the past years, IDEMIA has made several fintech-related investments including Greenpay Sustainable Payments to seek a payment community environmental paradigm shift and the Fintech Accelerator Card Program to support Fintechs and neobanks.

Ben Scott, VP of Financial Institutions at IDEMIA Australasia stated that they are excited about their partnership with Fintech Australia. They look forward to teaming up with more Australian Fintech firms.
