IEX Group Promotes Craig Resnick as Chief Financial Officer

The financial technology firm IEX Group (IEX) announced on Monday that it has promoted Craig Resnick to Chief Financial Officer (CFO), succeeding Sara Furber, who served as CFO since 2018.

Craig joined IEX in 2019 as Head Of Finance. In his new role, he will lead all financial functions for IEX, including accounting, audit, tax, treasury, corporate finance and investor relations, and will report to the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of IEX, Brad Katsuyama.

With more than 20-year experience in financial service sector, Craig has deep expertise in accounting, auditing, budgeting and capital markets transactions.

Prior to IEX, he has been with Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) for over 6 years, where he Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer in the end, responsible for all global financial planning and accounting functions. Previously, he was Assistant Controller of the Global Institutional Investment Network Liquidnet, where he gained a deep understanding of finance and accounting principles for capital markets firms. Besides, he also held senior positions at Aon Consulting, Kroll and Ernst & Young.
