IG Group' Annual General Meeting Approves to Pay Final Dividend of 31.24P Per Ordinary Share to Shareholders

IG Group, a global online trading company providing CFDs and Forex, has released the results of its annual general meeting (AGM) held on September 21.

The company's shareholders have approved all resolutions, including ordinary Resolution 2 about director's remuneration report and Resolution 3 about dividend.

Resolution 2: Directors' Remuneration Report

Shareholders will be asked to receive and approve as an ordinary resolution the Directors' Remuneration Report for the year ended 31 May 2022.

Resolution 3: Dividend

A final dividend of 31.24 pence per ordinary share is recommended by the Directors for payment to Shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on 23 September 2022. Subject to the approval of Shareholders at the AGM, this dividend will be paid on 20 October 2022.

IG Group had released its results for the financial year ended 31 May 2022 (FY22)​ in July, showing a 16% increase in net trading revenue in FY22 compared to the data in FY21, generating record revenue and profit during the year.
