IG Group Appoints Barbara Duffy as Chief People Officer

IG Group Holdings plc (IG), a purpose-led global financial technology business, has appointed Barbara Duffy as Chief People Officer and a member of the company's executive committee. In her new position, Duffy will report to global IG Group CEO, June Felix.

Duffy brings over 25 years of experience to the company. Her previous roles include HR Director and Executive positions at Centrica Group, RWE Group and St. James's Place. In addition, she has worked with entrepreneurs and within PE environments, providing key strategy and programs to address the varied stages of their growth lifecycles.

Last month, IG Group has published its results for the six months ended 30 November 2021 (H1 FY22), showing a strong performance across the all of the company's businesses.
