IG Group Appoints Kathleen DeRose as Independent Non-Executive Director of Jenkins Topco

IG Group Holdings plc (LON:IGG) has announced the appointment of Kathleen DeRose as an independent Non-Executive Director of Jenkins Topco plc, the new Jersey-incorporated holding company that will be renamed IG Group Holdings plc and is expected to become the ultimate parent company of the IG Group subject to a scheme of arrangement becoming effective.

The board of IG Jersey approved the appointment on 29 October 2026. It will take effect on the date the Scheme becomes effective, at which point DeRose will also join the Group Risk Committee of IG Jersey.

DeRose was most recently a Clinical Associate Professor at NYU Stern School of Business, where she directed the Fubon Center for Technology, Business & Innovation’s Fintech Initiative. She brings over 25 years of experience in international asset management, including senior leadership roles at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Asset Management and Scudder, Stevens & Clark.

She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of London Stock Exchange Group plc, where she chairs the Risk Committee, and holds board and committee roles at Voya Financial Inc. and Experian plc. DeRose is also a Non-Executive Director of Taxwell and Chair of Apron Payments Ltd. She previously served on the board of Enfusion Inc. until its sale to Clearwater Analytics in 2025.
