IG Group Changes Financial Year-End to December

IG Group Holdings plc (LON: IGG) has announced a change to its financial year-end, moving from 31 May to 31 December, effective immediately.

The company said the adjustment will align its reporting calendar with standard market practice. As a result, the current financial year will now conclude on 31 December 2025.

Under the revised schedule, IG will publish a trading update in December 2025 covering Group revenue and key performance indicators for the three months ending 30 November 2025.

Final results for the seven-month transitional period to 31 December 2025, along with a trading update for the quarter ending 28 February 2026, are expected in March 2026. Interim results for the six months to 30 June 2026 will follow in August 2026.

From 2026 onward, IG plans to release full-year results for the 12 months ending 31 December in March and interim results in August, with quarterly updates in April and October.

The company also said it expects to announce a final dividend for the seven-month period ending 31 December 2025 in March 2026, consistent with its existing dividend policy.
