IG Group Names James Rutter as Executive Assistant to CEO

​Fazzaco learned that British spread betting and CFD company IG Group has named James Rutter as Executive Assistant to CEO.

As seen on his LinkedIn profile, James has been with IG Group for 7 years. He has held several roles including Sales Operations Manager, Head of Operations (Client Performance) and Head of Business Development (B2B2C) within the company. Prior to joining IG, James served as Junior Equity Trader on the Spread Betting and CFD team within financial services company WH Ireland in-between 2nd and 3rd years of University.

James is a graduate of Cass Business School with a bachelor's degree in Business Studies with Specialism in Finance.

Earlier this month, Fazzaco reported that IG Group has created a new link on the deal ticket to improve communication of charges for Leveraged accounts​. This enhancement in fees transparency came as the broker was getting feedback from many traders that the fees and charges were confusing.
