IG Group Sees Departure of Ramon Kaur

Fazzaco learned that IG Group, a global online trading company providing CFDs and Forex, has seen the departure of Ramon Kaur, its Global Head of Communications.

Ramon announced the move on her LinkedIn post on Friday: "After 5 incredible years at IG Group, I've decided it's time for a new adventure. I'll have some exciting news to share next month! A huge thank you to all the fantastic people I've worked with at IG."

Ramon joined the London-based broker almost six years ago when she innitially served as Head of Public Affairsa, a position she held for just over two years before being promoted to global head of communications.

Prior to her career at the IG Group, Ramon was Head of EU Public Affairs at RBS, a major retail and commercial bank in Scotland. Before that, she was an advisor for the UK Government, working in the Ministry of Justice.

The industry veteran was a Law (Jurisprudence) M.A from University of Oxford.

IG Group has continued to strenghthen its leadership in December, 2022. Most recently, Michael Logue rejoins the broker​ as Head of Product and Marketing, Europe shortly after Manuel Del Aguila Barbero was promoted to its Global Head of Acquisition & Media. However, these executive news came after Greg Adams leaves the company after 17 years to Capital.com as Head of Risk at the beginning of this month.
