IG Marketing Partnerships Lead Elyes SAAFI Departs to StoneX

Fazzaco learned that Elyes SAAFI, former Marketing Partnerships Lead of IG Group, has departed to join StoneX Group Inc. as Global Head of Marketing Partnerships.

SAAFI has spent more than four years with the UK spread better, where he was responsible for acquiring, retaining and activating new marketing partners internationally. Prior to IG, SAAFI started his career at ETX Capital, a London-based Forex and CFD provider, as Sales Trader in November 2013. After two years and ten months, the firm promoted him to Partnerships Manager.

Elyes joins StoneX at a time when the US-based financial services organization is gearing up for the consolidated operation of its global businesses. As Fazzaco reported earlier, the financial group has integrated GAIN Capital UK earlier this month following its purchase of a minority stake in Tigress Financial Partners, a woman owned and operated investment bank and brokerage firm.

Additionally, last week, Daniels Trading, which was owned by StoneX due to the acquisition of Gain Capital, the parent company of the futures broker, has revealed new StoneX brand​​.
