INFINOX to Stop Providing Services to Chinese Residents

INFINOX, a London-based Forex and CFD broker, issued an announcement on its official website, highlighting that as per the plan to exit from mainland China, it is now making some adjustments to its customer services in the region.

According to the announcement, starting from 00:00 on August 1, 2021, Beijing time, INFINOX will no longer accept new account opening applications from Chinese residents. From 00:00 on August 15, 2021, Beijing time, INFINOX will no longer accept deposits from Chinese customers or provide them with online consultations, while their withdrawals will not be affected. INFINOX also warns Chinese residents against opening new trading orders to avoid unnecessary risks. In addition, the company will stop the update of commission statistics for Chinese residents from 00:00 on December 31, 2021, Beijing time.

Fazzaco reported that earlier this month, INFINOX added Swiffy and Beeteller, two new payment service providers, to its trading platform. The new addition will allow Brazilian and South African customers to deposit using their preferred method of payment.
