INGOT Brokers Secures UAE Regulatory Approval to Expand Operations

INGOT Brokers, a global brokerage firm, has announced its approval by the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to operate under a Category 5 license. This regulatory milestone allows the broker to market its financial products and services within the UAE, though it will not directly handle client funds or trades locally.
The Category 5 license, often likened to an "appointed representative" or "introducing license," has gained traction among brokers aiming to establish a foothold in the UAE market. INGOT Brokers joins other firms, such as Taurex and VPFX, in acquiring this license in recent months.
With existing licenses in Kenya, Jordan, and the Seychelles, as well as operational offices in Dubai and Cyprus, INGOT Brokers has solidified its presence in the Middle East, ASEAN, and Brazil. The company also serves as the Official Financial Partner for LaLiga in the MENA region, further underscoring its regional influence.
