Initiative for Financial Wellbeing Announces Two Senior Appointments

​The Initiative for Financial Wellbeing (IFW) that helps the financial advice community improve client’s financial wellbeing, announced two new appointments to its leadership team.

Judy Darley joins the IFW as Community Manager, sitting at the core of the firm’s growing membership. She will working with other partners to drive forward change within the finance industry. And Charlie Goodman joins the executive team to take the responsibility of the product offering for workplace wellbeing.

“I’m looking forward to introducing fresh ideas to ensure members emerge from our events and discussions galvanised and equipped to contribute to a key step-change in how the finance industry supports clients,” said Darley.

Serving as a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development branch committee member and member of the HR Independents Forum, Goodman has witnessed a huge increase in interest in financial wellbeing from employers following the struggles of the past 18 months.

“It is important as a group that the IFW can support these queries and our members in delivering professional and values-based workplace financial wellbeing solutions. The workplace has the potential to introduce a large audience to our key messages, while providing access to IFW resources for people who normally fall into the financial advice gap,” she added.
