Interactive Brokers Adds New Products to IBKR Platform
Fazzaco learnt that Interactive Brokers, one of the biggest US-based brokerage firms, has added new trading instruments on its IBKR platform.
The new additions include:
United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED), which is now a base currency for eligible clients;
Euro, available as a base currency for clients of Interactive Brokers Singapore Pte. Ltd;
Australian Government Bonds (Exchange-Traded Treasury Bonds) from Australian Securities Exchange Ltd. (ASX);
Futures Options on Euro-Buxl Futures (OGBX) from EUREX
Interactive Brokers regularly updates its trading and investment instruments. The new expansion of products comes after the broker has enriched the trading instruments on its IBKR platform twice in October this year.
In addition, some new funds and fund families has been added to its Mutual Funds Marketplace most recently. The Interactive Brokers Mutual Funds Marketplace provides clients from over 200 countries and territories with access to nearly 48,000 funds from over 540 fund families, including Allianz, American Funds, BlackRock, Fidelity, Franklin Templeton, Invesco, MFS and PIMCO.
