Interactive Brokers Delivers 1.96M DARTs for June 2023, up 5% MoM

Interactive Brokers, a US-based automated global electronic broker, has released its financial results for the month of June 2023, unveiling an overall monthly growth across key financial metrics.
The broker achieved Daily Average Revenue Trades (DARTs) of 1.96 million in the month, an increase of 5 percent from May's 1.86 million. This figure, however, was 3 percent lower over June 2022.
The company ended the month with $365.0 billion client equity, representing 6 percent rise on a monthly basis, and 24 percent year-over-year. Client margin loan balances came in at $41.9 billion, 5 percent higher over the previous month, but 2 percent lower over the last same period.
Client credit balances at the end of June 2023 stood at $98.9 billion, including $3.2 billion in insured bank deposit sweeps, remaining about even compared to May 2023, and up 7 percent compared to the last same period.
Client accounts for the month totaled 2.29 million, rising 1 percent month-on-month and 19 percent on a yearly basis, respectively.
