Intercontinental Exchange Reports 21% MoM Jump in FX ADV for February 2022

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc., a leading global provider of data, technology and market infrastructure, has reported February 2022 trading volume and related revenue statistics, revealing a 21% MoM Jump in FX average daily volume (ADV).

February highlights include:

• Total ADV in futures and options was 7,739,000 contracts, up 35% MoM compared to 5,736,000 contracts in January 2022 and 3% YoY compared to 7,488,000 contracts in February 2021;

• ​ADV in FX and credit was 40,000 contracts, up 21% MoM compared to 33,000 contracts in January 2022, down 5% YoY compared to 42,000 contracts in February 2021;

• Total ADV in commodities was 4,436,000 contracts, up 17% MoM compared to 3,786,000 contracts in January 2022 and 9% YoY compared to 4,054,000 contracts in February 2021.
