Invesco Seeks SEC's Permission to List Bitcoin Strategy ETF

Fazzaco learned that Invesco, an Atlanta-based asset manager, has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) seeking permission to list a Bitcoin ETF.
According to the SEC filing, Invesco is willing to list a new investment product called the Bitcoin Strategy ETF. The company will invest this new instrument in Bitcoin futures, exchange-traded products (ETPs), and also other Bitcoin-linked investment vehicles like Grayscale Bitcoin Trust.
