Investment Compartment of PT EU RAIF V.C.I.C. Public Ltd Is under Dissolution and Liquidation, Says Cysec

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission ('CySEC') announces that, the external manager AUDE FM LIMITED of PT EU RAIF V.C.I.C. Public Ltd, which is registered as a Registered Alternative Investment Fund ('RAIF'), has informed CySEC, as per article 138(7)(a) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018 ('the Law'), of the RAIF's decision to proceed with the dissolution and liquidation of the investment compartment PT GREEN SUB-FUND.

Due to the above and in accordance with article 138(7)(a) of the Law, the CySEC has registered in the RAIFs Register the fact that the investment compartment of the RAIF is under liquidation.

According to article 138(9) of the Law, CySEC shall delete the RAIF from the RAIFs Register once its dissolution and liquidation are completed and all necessary documents are submitted to CySEC.
