Italian CONSOB Blacks out Five New Unauthorized Financial Websites

The Italian financial watchdog CONSOB​ on Friday (October 6, 2023) announced the addition of another 5 websites offering financial services without the proper authorization to its blacklist, bringing the total number of websites blacked out to 945.

The 5 new websites blacklisted by CONSOB are as follows:

• "FP Invest" (website www.fpinvest.io and related page https://client.fpinvest.io);

• XTB Empire Ltd (website https://xtb-empire.com and related pages https://webtrader.xtb-empire.com and https://client.xtb-empire.com);

• "PRIMUSLTD" (websites https://primus-ltd.net and https://primusltd.co and related pages https://panel.primus-ltd.net, trading.primus-ltd.net, https://panel.primusltd.co and trading.primusltd.co);

• "Simple Trading"/"Simple Trade" (website https://simpletrading.broker and related page https://office.simpletrading.broker).

The regulator explained that it can take several days for the black-out of these websites due to technical reasons.
