Italian CONSOB Flags Four New Abusive Websites Offering Financial Services

The Italian financial watchdog CONSOB yesterday announced the addition of another 4 websites offering financial services without the proper authorization to its blacklist, bringing the total number of websites blacked out to 879.

The 4 new websites blacklisted by CONSOB are as follows:

• AMA Business Solutions Ltd (website https://solidxm.com and related pages https://register.solidxm.com and https://portal.solidxm.com);

• Pelliron Universal Inc. (website https://pelliron.com and related page https://pa.pelliron.com);

• Mortiz Ltd and FXALTA LTD (website www.fxalta.com);

• New Finance LLC and NEWFX Ltd (website www.newfxtrading.com).

The regulator explained that it can take several days for the black-out of these websites due to technical reasons.

Earlier this month, CONSOB has ordered the black-out of 5 new websites​ that offer financial services illegally.
