Iván Marchena Parts Ways with PrimeXBT after 11 Months

Fazzaco has learned that Iván Marchena, Vice president of Latin American operations at trading platform PrimeXBT, left the company after 11 months.

As seen on his Linkedin profile, Marchena joined PrimeXBT in May 2020 as Business Development Consultant for LATAM region. Then he was promoted to VC of Latin American Operations in August.

Before arriving at PrimeXBT, Marchena previously worked at EXSCUDO. Marchena bagan his career since 2008, then engaged in the forex market in 2014 when he joined Alfa-Bank as Forex Sales Account Manager. 

In 2017, Marchena joined Libertex Group from Alpari Group. He worked there as Head of LATAM. Over the course of his career, Marchena also worked at many companies including Caernarfon Estate, RT and so on. ​

Marchena said, “I think I have already fulfilled my mission in PrimeXBT, a beautiful stage in my professional career. I am sure that this project will continue to be successful, but for me it is time to move on and face new challenges.”
