Ivan Wong Leaves Coinbase for Spotex as APAC Head of Sales and Distribution

Ivan Wong, has reportedly joined Spotex LLC, a foreign exchange technology and liquidity solutions provider, as Managing Director, APAC Head of Sales and Distribution. In the new role, Wong will be based in Singapore and report to Spotex CEO John Miesner directly.

With over a decade of institutional experience in forex and digital assets, Wong joins Spotex from Coinbase, a leading crypto exchange where he served as Manager for APAC Account Management for a year. Wong had previously roles at several leading firms in the industry, including SGX’s BidFX, markets operator ICAP, anonymous trading venue 360TGTX, eFX trading technology provider Integral and leading broker OANDA.
