Japanese Broker Kabu Sees 19% MoM Drop in FX Volume for April
Fazzaco learned that Kabu, a japanese online broker, has posted its trading volumes for the month of April, showing a significant month-on-month drop in over-the-counter (OTC) Forex trading.
According to the broker, the OTC Forex trading volume dropped sharply by almost 19 percent to ¥46 trillion in April compared to the previous month's numbers. However, April's Forex trading volume soared by 104 percent compared to the same period of 2020.
Kabu's latest numbers came in line with the industry trend as Fazzaco reported a similar trading decline in April across several other global platforms including Saxo Bank, Intercontinental Exchange, FXSpotStream and PrimeXM.
