Jaroslaw Jasik Resigns from XTB as a Supervisory Board Member

Fazzaco learned that XTB (WSE:XTB), the Warsaw-based Retail FX and CFDs brokerage group, has announced Jaroslaw Jasik’s resignation as a Supervisory Board member of its company for personal reasons.

Jarosław Jasik started his professional career in 1992 at the Polish Securities and Exchange Commission, where he worked as an advisor and then as a specialist, later becoming a chief specialist in the Finance and Economic Analyses Office. From 1995 to 1996, he was an Investments Specialist at the Capital Investments Bureau of Ciech S.A. From 1996, he was the director of Public Market, Head of Public Markets and Investment Analyst at XI Narodowy Fundusz Inwestycyjny S.A. From 1999 to 2000, Jarosław Jasik worked in the Capital Investments Department at BIG Bank Gdański S.A as an expert.

From 2000 to 2006, he worked for the PZU S.A. group as different roles. From 2007 to 2008, he was a member of the management board of Perła Browary Lubelskie S.A. From 2009 to 2017, he was the managing director at Saba Consulting sp. z o.o. From 2011 to 2015, he has been the president of the management board of Saba Nieruchomości sp. z o.o. From 2011 to 2017, he has been the president of the management board of Secus Property S.A.
