Jonathan Moulds Appointed Non-Executive Director at Citigroup

IG Group Holdings announced that Jonathan Moulds, currently a Non-Executive Director of the company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Citigroup Inc., effective June 16, 2025.

Jonathan Moulds possesses over 25 years of executive experience in financial services, with a career that includes roles in the UK, US, and Asia. He spent the majority of his career at Bank of America, where he served as head of its International businesses and later as European President of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and CEO of Merrill Lynch International. Subsequently, he was Chief Operating Officer at Barclays, overseeing technology, risk, and cost transformation initiatives.

In addition to his role at IG Group, where he served as Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Risk Committee, Mr. Moulds holds other non-executive positions, including Chair of Citi's International Broker Dealer, CGML, and Chair of the Financial Markets Standards Board (FMSB). He has also contributed to key industry associations, including as Chair of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association. Mr. Moulds holds a first-class honors degree in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge and was awarded a CBE in 2014 for services to philanthropy.
