JPMorgan Chase Announces Michele G. Buck as New Board Director

​JPMorgan Chase has revealed the election of Michele G. Buck as a director, effective March 17, 2025. Buck, 63, is currently the Chairman, President, and CEO of The Hershey Company, a leader in the snacks industry. With over 30 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods, she has a track record of transforming businesses and driving profitable growth.

Prior to her role as CEO, which she assumed in 2017, Buck held several senior leadership positions at Hershey, including Chief Operating Officer, President of North America operations, and Global Chief Growth Officer. Her career began at the Frito-Lay division of PepsiCo, and she spent 17 years at Kraft/Nabisco, where she held various senior marketing and general management roles.

In addition to her position at Hershey, Buck serves on the Board of Directors at New York Life, a Fortune 100 company, where she has held roles including Lead Independent Director and chair of the Operations and Compensation Committees. She has also contributed as Benefit Co-Chair for the Children's Brain Tumor Foundation.
