JPX Issues Warning Against Fraudulent Clone Apps and Websites

Japan Exchange Group, Inc. (JPX), a Tokyo-based financial services corporation that operates different financial instruments exchange markets, today issued a warning against a suspicious application and website providing services related to trading of stocks, commodities, crypto assets, and other products that is not provided by JPX Group but uses the name "JPX", which is a trademark owned by the Group.
The Group stated that it does not currently provide any trading services directly to individuals and has no relationship with this or other such apps or websites.
JPX warned that it currently provides no smartphone applications other than the Tosho Money-bu and Analyst Report Library apps shown on the page: https://www.jpx.co.jp/learning/social-media/index.html.
As of March 2023, JPX, the world leading stock exchange operator, has a market cap of $8.35 Billion, raising by 11.61% compared to $7.48 Billion in 2022.
In 2022, JPX recorded its annual trading value for the domestic common stocks of JPY 605.4162 trillion, or $4.5 trillion. Its total derivatives trading volume for the year came in at JPY 3,147 trillion, or about $23.2 trillion, with 392,157,944 contracts.
