Kabu Sees 10% MoM Rise in FX OTC Trading Volume for July

Fazzaco learned that Kabu, a Japanese online broker, has posted its trading volumes for the month of July, showing a monthly gain in Forex over-the-counter (OTC) trading demand.
According to the officially published figures, the company's total trading volume with OTC Forex instruments stood at 41.6 trillion yen in July, which is up 10 percent when compared to the previous month. However, on a year-over-year basis, the trading demand in July 2021 jumped by more than 95 percent when compared to July 2020.
Other than OTC trading, demand for Forex derivatives is rising in Japan. Click 365, the FX derivatives platform operated by the Tokyo Financial Exchange (TFX), recently reported a 6.1 percent yearly rise in its trading demand for FX derivatives.
