KPMG Expands Romania Market with Acquisition of Ensight

Advisory firm KPMG Romania has announced its acquisition of services consultant Ensight Management Consulting.

The deal comes on the back of a long-standing and successful partnership between the two firms, which started in 2013. Since then, KPMG Advisory and Ensight have worked together on a number of occasions, on projects including business transformation, finance optimisation, performance improvement and digital transformation.

According to the Romanian team of KPMG, this decision, in line with KPMG’s growth plans for Romania, will both enhance and broaden KPMG’s consulting offerings, in particular in the financial services, retail and pharma sectors with the Ensight’s expertise of the local market.

Meanwhile, for Ensight Management Consulting, the transaction ends a period of twenty years of independence.
