With over 30 years of international experience in technology leadership, Goh is recognized for his significant role in driving large-scale digital transformations. Nets highlighted his contributions, particularly his leadership in UOB's digital transformation during his tenure as head of group infrastructure platform services and COO of GTO.

At UOB, Goh leads a team of more than 7,000 employees across the region. He is also actively involved in the industry, serving as co-chair of the technology and operations workgroup at the MAS-ABS Cross Border Governance Steering Committee, and is a member of the ABS Digitalisation Standing Committee. Additionally, Goh is UOB's alternate director for the Singapore Clearing House Association.

Nets chairman Jeremy Soo welcomed Goh to the board, emphasizing his vast experience in technology and innovation. "As digital adoption accelerates, Goh's expertise will be instrumental in strengthening Nets' position as a leading provider of digital payment services in Singapore," Soo remarked.

The appointment underscores the importance of continued innovation and secure, seamless payment solutions as Nets aims to enhance its offerings in the evolving digital payments landscape.
