Lee Lenker Joins Baird Global Investment Banking as Director in Technology & Services Team

Baird, an employee-owned, international financial services firm, announced that Lee Lenker has joined the firm's Global Investment Banking business as Director in its Global Technology & Services Investment Banking team. He is based out of Baird's Portland, Ore. office.

Lenker's primary coverage area is Marketing & E-Commerce Technology and Services, and he will be working closely with Managing Directors Eric Winn and Rhett Braunschweig to expand Baird's global technology & services practice.

Lenker joins Baird from KeyBanc Capital Markets where he was a Director in the Technology Investment Banking Group. With more than 11 years of investment banking experience, he has advised on more than 100 technology capital markets and advisory transactions.

Lenker has a wide range of technology sector experience providing execution on M&A and capital raising activities for publicly-traded, financial sponsor-owned, VC-backed, and founder-owned companies. He started his career at Pacific Crest Securities, a technology-dedicated investment bank. Lenker graduated from the University of Oregon with a bachelor's degree in business administration.
