HSBC Chief Legal Officer Stuart Levey Namend Libra First CEO

Levey served at the US Department of the Treasury within its terrorism and financial intelligence prior to joining HSBC in 2012.

IG Group Appoints Charlie Rozes as CFO

Rozes will take up his new role on June 1 this year and replace CFO Paul Mainwaring.

Christopher Dudley Joins Siege FX

He was a Global FX Core Business Manager at Bloomberg before.

Virtu Appoints Molluso and Fairclough as Co-Presidents

Molluso had served as CFO at the firm for four years earlier in his career. Fairclough and Molluso, as well as Steve Cavoli, Global Head of Execution Services at the company, will report directly to Virtu’s CEO, Douglas Cifu.

Dan Gallagher Joins Robinhood as Chief Legal Officer

Gallagher is Robinhood Board Member and former SEC Commissioner.

FX Veteran Brian Ager Joins BTIG

He held senior roles at Rosenthal Collins Group, RBC, and Citi before joining the US-based brokerage firm.

Binance Onboards Teana Baker-Taylor to Push European Expansion

Baker-Taylor will develop the cryptocurrency exchange’s presence in the UK and its further European expansion. She will also focus on government relations and work with regulatory bodies to develop and implement best practices and policies to support compliant operations.

HKEX CEO Charles Li Will Not Seek Re-Election

Li’s current contract is set to expire in October of 2021. According to HKEX, he has confirmed that he will be fully committed to continuing to lead the company until the end of his contract, which may end earlier if a successor is appointed before October of next year.
