Lisa Pollina to Resign as Non-Executive Director of IG Group on September

Fazzaco learned that Lisa Pollina, Non-Executive Director of IG Group, has decided to step down on 1 September 2021, after being appointed in March 2021.

The company said that it has received notice from Lisa of her resignation, and the Board thanks Lisa for her contribution to the Group, without providing further details on the matter.

As seen on her Linkedin profile, Pollina currently serves as Investment Adviser at Ares Management Corporation from 2017. Before this role, She previously worked at RBC Capital Markets as Vice Chairman. Over the course of her career, Pollina held different positions in multiple companies including DTCC, Bank of America and so on. In addition, she also served as Senior Advisor to the CEO for RBC, where she spent for 2 years.

As Fazzaco reported, IG Group has signed a sponsorship deal with England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB)​ for a period of three years. The partnership will see IG support both the men’s and women’s teams, with the IG logo appearing on the men’s shirt across all three formats of the game.​
