LMAX Group, CMC Markets, Nuvei and Other Four Companies are Hiring Now

Influenced by the pandemic, rising inflation and the continuing decline in digital asset values, a host of financial companies announced thier layoff plans to rein in costs to ride out the ongoing downturn, and some companies have to file for bankruptcy, especially firms in the crypto field.

Coin Cloud, one of the largest cryptocurrency ATM operators, filed for bankruptcy protection in the US on Tuesday with total liabilities fall between $100 million and $500 million. In addition, Finland-based P2P Bitcoin (BTC) exchange LocalBitcoins announced Thursday that it had shut down its BTC trading services.

Apart from crypto businesses, SAN Francisco-based BNPL provider Affirm announced Wednesday that it would lay off 19% of its workforce, or about 500 employees, to reduce operating costs. JP Morgan Chase & Co. also revealed that it had cut hundreds of mortgage employees, saying "We regularly review our business and customer needs and adjust our staffing accordingly – creating new roles where we see the need or reducing positions when appropriate."

1. LMAX Group​ - Risk and Audit Manager

• Experience managing audits in Financial, Insurance or Regulatory industries.

• Experience working with Risk management frameworks.

Requirements:

• A university degree in law, economics or a related relevant discipline.
