LME appoints Martine Bond and Dan Wray as Independent Non-Exec Directors
The London Metal Exchange (LME) today announced the appointment of Martine Bond and Dan Wray as Independent Non-Executive Directors of its Board. Bond brings more than 30 years of leadership in global financial markets, exchanges, and regulated services, having previously served as a senior executive at State Street and Morgan Stanley, where she led global electronic trading for FX, fixed income, and money markets. She currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Clarksons plc, Chair of State Street Partnered Trading UK Limited, and a Non-Executive Director of Fogo Foundation. Bond holds a degree in Business Management from Queensland University of Technology.
Dan Wray, an experienced technology and business leader with over 25 years in financial markets, brings expertise in technology strategy, software delivery, digital transformation, and market infrastructure. He most recently served as Group Chief Information Officer at TP ICAP and previously held senior technology leadership roles at RBS, including Head of Derivatives Trading Technology. Wray holds a Master’s degree in Physics from Durham University.
