LSEG Announces Three Additions to Its Global FX Business

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) announced on Thursday three appointments to its global FX business, of Sally Francis-Cole joining as Head of FX Sales, Stephen Best as Head of FX Product, and Jill Sigelbaum as Head of Strategic Development & Partnerships (a newly created role), who bring demonstrated experience in driving growth and product strategy to the FX market.
Specifically, Sally will lead the global sales and account management teams across the LSEG Capital Markets FX business. Stephen will be responsible for product strategy and management, product service, and regulatory and risk transformation. Jill will be in charge of identifying partnership opportunities that further support the long-term growth of the FX business. All will report to Neill Penney, Group Head of FX, LSEG.
Sally brings more than 25-year experience in FX Sales and experience on both the buy-side and sell-side of the industry. She most recently served Record Currency Management as Global Head of Sales. Prior to that, she was Global Head of FX, Local Markets and Commodity Sales at BNP Paribas. She has also held roles at UBS, AIG and JP Morgan.
Stephen also enjoys 25 years’ experience in the FX industry, with multiple leadership positions. He joined LSEG from CME, where he led FX Solutions business. Besides, he was CEO at FX Bridge and has held Managing Director positions at State Street and JP Morgan.
Jill has over 25 years in the FX Fintech sector in many senior leadership roles, and has been in Refinitiv, one of the world’s largest providers of financial markets data and infrastructure and launched by LSEG, since 2018 as Head of FXall.
