LSEG Furthers Partnership with OpenExchange to Expand Digital Offering

LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) announced on Wednesday an expansion of its digital offering for issuers, public and private companies with an investment in OpenExchange Inc. (OpenExchange), a trusted video exchange for financial communications. This enhances the Exchange’s three-year partnership with OpenExchange during which OpenExchange technology has helped to power SparkLive.

SparkLive offers a market-related virtual events and communications solution that is used for on-demand access to corporate earnings calls, AGMs and capital markets and investor roadshows. It is available on londonstockexchange.com and attracts over two million visits each month.

The expanded partnership will make it easier for issuers and investors to communicate securely via a digital platform. It can be used by any public or private company to engage with a global audience. Every company joining the London Stock Exchange (LSE) will be able to webcast some of their corporate events as part of their core listing package.

In addition, LSEG will teams up with OpenExchange in areas such as technology, innovation and business development. Also, Darko Hajdukovic, LSEG Head of Multi-Asset Primary Markets and Investment Funds will join the OpenExchange Board as a Non-Executive Director.
