Luxembourg's CSSF Warns Public of Unauthorised Entity Altaia Capital SA

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of unknown persons presenting themselves as "funds" or "management comparny" with a registered office in Luxembourg and who offer investment services (including, in particular, a so-called "Livret Optimum") under the name Altaia Capital SA.
The CSSF informs the public that the entity named Altaia Capital SA has not teen granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
