Main Capital Takes Majority Stake in Pointsharp
Main Capital, a strategic investor with an exclusive focus on Enterprise software companies, acquires majority stake in Identity & Access Management solution provider Pointsharp.
With the acquisition, Pointsharp will focus on an organic growth strategy of strengthening the partner network for further international expansion, complemented with smart strategic acquisitions focused on created a leading security player in North-Western Europe.
