Malaysia SC Updates Investor Alert List, Adding 19 Unauthorised Companies in December 2023

The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) has updated its Investor Alert List, 19 unauthorized websites, investment products, companies or individuals were added to the warning list in the last month of 2023, bringing the total number of illegal financial services providers newly added to the list to 252 for the year 2023.

Please take note that this list is not exhaustive and only serves as a guide to investors prior to making any investment decisions.
