Marek Lewandowski Appointed as MaxxTrader’s Head of EMEA

MaxxTrader, a part of FlexTrade's comprehensive FX Enterprise Solutions package, has appointed Marek Lewandowski as its new Head of EMEA, effective January 2022.

Marek has more than twenty years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to the appointment, he served as FlexTrade's Sales Director of eFX. For more than six years, he served the organisation in its London offices.

Before FlexTrade, Marek worked with HSBC in the role of eFX Sales from October 2010. During his five year tenure, he focused on eFX sales of UK hedge funds to banks and brokers.

Earlier, TradingScreen took him on in FX Sales. From June 2007 to July 2010, he conducted FX sales to UK Hedge Funds and Banks where he was on the sell side of eFX relationship management. In July 2005, he joined the ranks of Tradeweb in Fixed Income and IRS Sales. For almost two years, he fulfilled the requirements of the role.

SuperDerivatives also employed Lewandowski in FX Option platform sales. Located in Singapore for just over a year, he completed the necessary duties of this contract. The earliest known position in Lewandowski's career was in Sales at Bloomberg LP. He fulfilled this post for more than five years.
