Markets CRM Enhances Platform with Custom KYC and MT5 Integration

Broker CRM solutions provider Markets CRM has announced a series of product updates aimed at expanding the configurability and integration ecosystem of its platform. The latest release introduces customizable Know Your Customer workflows, deeper partner system integration, and support for the MetaTrader 5 trading platform.

The update focuses on providing brokers with a more modular technology environment. This allows for the construction of flexible operating models without adding operational complexity. A key enhancement is the introduction of configurable KYC flows, enabling brokers to tailor verification processes, including multi-language questionnaires, to specific brands and regional compliance needs.

Integration capabilities have been significantly deepened. The platform now features a tighter connection with the IREV Partner Platform, streamlining the management of introducing brokers and referral structures within the CRM. Furthermore, direct integration with MetaTrader 5 allows for the creation and management of MT5 accounts from within the Markets CRM interface.

Additional improvements emphasize lifecycle data consistency across client onboarding, marketing, and payments. The updates also expand the ecosystem for payment providers and communication tools. Markets CRM stated the developments are part of its ongoing effort to create a unified operational environment that connects client lifecycle logic, partner infrastructure, and trading platforms within a single coherent framework.
