Markets CRM Integrates Sumsub for Native KYC and AML Verification

Broker CRM solutions provider Markets CRM has announced a partnership with Sumsub, an identity verification and compliance platform. Sumsub manages the full verification lifecycle, including document checks, liveness detection, sanctions screening, and AML monitoring.

The integrated process becomes part of the standard client onboarding workflow within Markets CRM. It is triggered automatically, tracked in the client profile, and visible to compliance teams within the same interface.

For brokers, this integration streamlines onboarding by removing manual handoffs between systems. Client compliance status is recorded from the moment a lead converts, eliminating the need to cross-reference separate dashboards before processing deposits or activating accounts.

The integration will be available to all Markets CRM clients in a forthcoming release.
