Mastercard Appoints J.K. Khalil as Cluster General Manager for MENA East Region

Mastercard, a leading global payment company, has appointed J.K. Khalil as new Cluster General Manager for the MENA East region. In his new role, Khalil will responsible for the company's business in MENA East cluster (GCC + Pakistan).

Khalil has been with Mastercard since 2016, when he joined from Booz & Company, a global strategy consulting firm, as Principal & Regional Consulting Lead in Saudi, Bahrain & Levant. Previously, he was VP Chief of Staff at Barclays. Also, he held the position of senior IT Consultant at BNP Paribas Personal Finance from 2006 to 2008.

Last month, Mastercard named Dennis Chang​ for its Greater China Division, following the appointments of Chad Wallace as Executive Vice President of B2B Solutions, and Amanda Slater​ as Senior Vice President and Head of U.S. Federal Affairs in March.
