Mastercard names Craig Vosburg as Chief Product Officer

Mastercard announced it has named Craig Vosburg as chief product officer. The position is effective January 1, 2021.
In his new role, Mr. Vosburg will lead a newly integrated products and engineering organization for the company. This includes all areas that are integral to growing Mastercard's business and executing on opportunities in multi-rail, digital and B2B payments.
As seen from his Linkedin profile, Mr. Vosburg originally joined Mastercard in 2006 as managing director of Global Payments Consulting. In 2010, He was named group executive, U.S. Market Development, responsible for managing and building relationships within the merchant and acquiring community. Mr. Vosburg was appointed as president, North America in 2016.
Earlier in his career, he was a senior member of the Financial Services practices with Bain & Company and A.T. Kearney, and was a vice president at CoreStates Financial Corporation.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University.
