Match-Trade Technologies Integrates Squaretalk VoIP into Its Client Office CRM

Match-Trade Technologies, financial and information technology solutions provider, announced that it has arranged a partnership with Squaretalk, a global interactive business communications platform, to expand the capabilities of its forex CRM.

Match-Trade has established its position as the market leader in providing complete solutions to start a Forex business and the deal comes as the company continues to enhance its product offer. As part of the deal, the technology solutions provider will add the Squaretalk Axiom VoIP system to its Client Office CRM, allowing brokers to make calls directly from the application with one click.

The integration allows brokers to collect statistics on the number of received and missed calls, call duration, and the volume of calls for a specific period. It also enables the recording of outgoing and incoming calls directly in the Client Office CRM. Axiom also allows administrators to listen to live calls, privately coach agents and, if necessary, join the calls.

As Fazzaco reported earlier, Match-Trade Technologies has entered into a partnership deal with Kenmore Design​, a recognized technology provider for the Forex industry. Match2Pay crypto payment gateway, which was designed and developed by industry experts from Match-Trade Technologies, is now integrated with Kenmore Design's CRM system.
