Match-Trader Expands Platform Capabilities With TeamForce CRM Integration
Match-Trade Technologies has integrated a customer relationship management (CRM) system developed by TeamForce Technologies into its Match-Trader platform, adding new operational tools aimed at brokers and proprietary trading firms.
Broader Operational Management
The integration allows firms to manage multiple stages of the client lifecycle within a single system, including user registration, affiliate tracking, and communication workflows. According to Match-Trade, the update is intended to help brokers centralize operational processes and improve coordination across departments.
The company said efficiency remains a core objective as it continues expanding its technology ecosystem through external collaborations. The partnership adds functionality designed to connect trading activity with client management processes in one environment.
TeamForce Technologies provides modular software solutions for brokerage and trading businesses, with products covering CRM infrastructure, client portals, trading interfaces, and communication tools. Its system also integrates with third-party services such as liquidity providers, payment solutions, e-KYC services, and risk-management automation tools.
Continued Platform Development
The announcement follows several recent integrations aimed at strengthening Match-Trader’s infrastructure. A prior collaboration with TradeCore combined trading services with onboarding and client-management tools, enabling brokers to monitor trader activity, transactions, and customer data through a unified interface.
Separately, cooperation with Centroid Solutions added advanced analytics and risk-management capabilities through the Centroid Risk module, extending earlier work involving Centroid Bridge connectivity.
Growth and Organizational Changes
Match-Trade reported strong growth in adoption of the Match-Trader platform, noting that the number of server clients increased by 290 percent between January 2024 and August 2025. The platform, initially launched in 2015 for institutional clients, expanded into the retail brokerage sector around 2019–2020 and has since been adopted by a range of proprietary trading firms.
Alongside platform expansion, a leadership transition was recently announced. Alexis Droussiotis confirmed he is leaving his role as Head of the Match-Trader Platform after more than two and a half years in the position.
The integration highlights a broader industry shift toward consolidating trading infrastructure and client-management systems as brokers and proprietary trading firms seek more streamlined operational setups.
