Miami International Holdings Announces Completion of Dorman Trading's Acquisition

Miami International Holdings, Inc. (MIH), which owns the options exchange Miami International Securities Exchange (MIAX), announced that it has finished the acquisition of Dorman Trading, LLC (Dorman Trading), one of the oldest, family-operated Futures Commission Merchant (FCMs) in the world.

Dorman Trading, a full-service FCM registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and member of the National Futures Association, provides execution and clearing services for introducing brokers, retail customers, institutional clients and professional traders. Over the past 20 years, Dorman Trading has pivoted from primarily a floor clearing business to one focused on clearing electronic trading.
