Michael Nichols, Director of Institutional Sales at TopFX: What is A Good All-in-One Solution?

Michael Nichols, Director of Institutional Sales at TopFX, accepted our invitation and had a Q&A with Fazzaco today.

Fazzaco: Hi Michael, thanks for joining Fazzaco today! First, could you tell us more about TopFX to our audience?

Michael: Hello, Fazzaco team and thank you for having me. I would be happy to share some information about TopFX. TopFX is a liquidity provider with a 10-year history in providing premium services to brokers and investors alike. Throughout our decade-long presence in the CFDs industry, TopFX has excelled at providing technology and liquidity to brokers worldwide. We offer liquidity solutions to over 180 Forex brokers, investment firms and hedge funds. Over the last years, we enhanced our offering with comprehensive all-in-one packages for startups and existing brokers, eliminating the high barrier to entering the competitive Forex Industry and adding to the existing client technology.

Fazzaco: As a broker that offers both personal and institutional services, do you have two separate teams for each type?

Michael: Excellent question! And yes that is correct. We have separate teams for both types of services to ensure the best quality and level of customer service. I would like to mention that although we do separate the services, we try to maintain efficient communication across the departments. We believe that we are one team working together on a common goal; to expand TopFX presence and continue offering our clients a company they can rely on.

Fazzaco: What premium liquidity connections do you provide at the moment? How are they going to help brokers improve business growth?

Fazzaco: TopFX provides a wide range of assets. What measures do you take to prevent all sorts of risks arising from different assets classes?

Michael: Thank you for your question, TopFX does indeed offer a range of assets across Forex, Indices, Metals,  Energies and other CFDs. We have a 24-hour support team which constantly monitors the flow of orders and communicates regularly with our providers to ensure business continuity.

Fazzaco: A lot of institutional services offer the so-called "all-in-one" or turn-key solutions. What a good "all-in-one" / turn-key solution should comprise of, in your opinion?

Michael: A good all-in-one solution should comprise everything a broker needs to be able to start and maintain their business. This includes reliable liquidity and a robust trading platform such as cTrader, which is part of our all-in-one solution. cTrader is an award-winning platform that enables clients to have all features in one place, meaning Desktop trader, webtrader and mobile applications as well as copy trading and algorithmic functionality. Apart from the trading platform, an effective all-in-one solution needs to be powered by an experienced team that assists the client to be fully operational and provides continuous support. Fazzaco: How will the current Covid situation reshape the forex brokerage business?

Michael: I believe that the current Covid situation will reshape the forex brokerage business by helping us understand the needs of the modern trader. As Covid started, brokerages began to see an influx of new traders and a lot of these traders now had the time to learn and refine their investment strategies. So the pandemic has somehow brought about the rise of the millennial trader. More people have started wanting to learn about forex and investing and look for brokerages that can meet their needs. That is why we have created the all-in-one broker solution before the hype. We saw the need to create a product that a) offers the broker all the tools they will need to manage their business and b)  a solution that will enable clients to have everything they need to trade with confidence, from mobile applications to copy trading functionality and much more.
