MOEX Appoints Andrey Selyuk as its New CFO

Moscow Exchange (MOEX) yesterday announced the appointment of Andrey Selyuk as a member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer.
The latest appointment was approved by the Supervisory Board of MOEX. After approval by the Bank of Russia, Andrey's candidacy will be submitted for final approval by the Board.
As detailed in the official announcement, Andrey currently serves as a member of the Management Board and Deputy CEO for Financial and Economic Affairs at Russian Post. Prior to this, he worked as Vice President for Finance at Gallery Service from 2012 to 2018.
During the period of 2007 to 2009, Andrey served as Vice President of Finance at Golden Telecom, Chief Financial Officer for Moscow at VimpelCom. In 2009-2011, he was Chief Financial Officer at Yota Group; in 2003-2007 he headed the financial control department at MegaFon; in 1998-2003 he worked at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young.

Recently, MOEX has announced the introduction of an opening auction on FX Market for all spot instruments from 6:50 am to 7:00 am Moscow time.
